		<description>These are good suggestions. I like the idea of adding things you&#039;re thankful for to a jar.  We used to do something similar when I was a telemarketer, called the &quot;Snap cup&quot;.  It&#039;s mentioned in Legally Blond, too.  

With the snap cup, you put in good things about people all week long and on one day (it was Friday for us) our coach would read them out loud.  Most of them, were things like &quot;way to go to nancy for making a $150 sale!&quot; but I liked to mix things up with silly poems about different people and gently teasing remarks.  The snap cup is such an encouragement, and a way to anonymously make someone feel better.  I wonder if anyone does something like this on Twitter.  I&#039;ll have to search for it.  If not, I&#039;d like to start.
